MEMBER SURVEY SCHEDULED FOR END OF FEBRUARY (02/18/2009)
ABC would like to encourage its members to complete the ABC Membership Strategic Planning Survey scheduled to be emailed to them by the end of February.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will allow ABC to collect valuable input on the critical issues facing members while gauging the effectiveness of the programs, services and initiatives of the ABC federation. This information will help ABC in the development of a strategic plan that addresses members’ needs and ensures continued effective advocacy for member interests.
In addition to the ABC Membership Strategic Planning Survey, the strategic planning process includes interviews with members of ABC’s Board of Directors, chapter presidents, media and government officials, construction industry leaders, and ABC national executive staff. The strategic planning process is being led by Association Laboratory, Inc.
