During a day-long course, Business Development for Contractors, attendees will learn how to increase construction sales; identify the keys to stronger business development relationships; explore the components of delivering and communicating value to current and potential customers; and discover how to win more negotiated contracts.
In addition, participants at the ABC Institute will learn strategies and resources to enhance their professional, leadership and management skills; implement the industry’s best business practices for their company; identify the legal and regulatory issues that affect their company; and keep up with the dynamic marketplace and industry advancements.
