More than two months have passed since a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti, killing more than 200,000 people and leaving 1.3 million people homeless. That is why ABC and the Modular Building Institute (MBI) joined together to create the
START Haiti program – Start Today and Rebuild Together.
START Haiti gives ABC and MBI member companies an avenue for raising funds and sending modular containers outfitted with medical supplies to Haiti.
ABC members and chapters can join in the effort by donating funds, holding fundraisers or by placing the START Haiti logo and donation button on their website and spreading the word.
All donations for START Haiti will be made directly to Volunteers of America Southeast.
